A structural warranty of one (1) year from the date of handover is provided for defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or modifications by the client.

All architectural designs, blueprints, drawings, and project plans prepared by the Company remain the intellectual property of Minwah Construction (OPC) Private Limited until full payment is received. Unauthorised reproduction or use of our designs is prohibited under Indian copyright law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any service agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration held in Budgam, Jammu & Kashmir. The courts of Budgam/Srinagar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jammu & Kashmir, India.
